The Bahrain World Trade Center (BWTC) has announced the tenancy of another well-known regional financial institution to the development, which continues to attract a broad range of local and international businesses. The National Commercial Bank (NCB), a leading Saudi financial institution operating in Bahrain, has leased some 2,000 square meters of office space at the BWTC, the Kingdom’s most prestigious and intelligent office buildings, where it will establish its Bahrain headquarters.
With the signing of the tenancy agreement, NCB will locate in the development’s East tower, occupying five floors of the 50-storey sail shaped building. Currently located in the Diplomatic area, NCB is set to take up occupancy in December 2006, the Bahrain Tribune reported.
