Bahrain World Trade Centre's (BWTC) 18,000-square-metre shopping centre is set to open at least partially, by next April. According to the GDN, more than 95 per cent of the 148 new units have been booked, mainly by high-end stores, DTZ Bahrain associate director Duaij Al Rumaihi, told the GDN.
It should be noted that the 50-storey twin towers, which are Bahrain's tallest buildings at a full height of 240 metres, will have more than 35,000 square-metres of office space.
