Research and advisory firm Gartner, Inc. has listed Computer Associates’ Unicenter ServicePlus Service Desk, the first enterprise service desk solution to support on-demand computing, as a “leader” in its Information Technology (IT) Service Desk 2003 Magic Quadrant Report.
Gartner defines Magic Quadrant leaders as vendors who are performing well today, have a clear vision of market direction and are actively building competencies to sustain their leadership position in the market.
