A new luxury residential development is expected to become the first high-rise building in the Mahooz area. According to the GDN, the 34-storey high Bella Vista Tower is set for completion in 2008, announced the Al Marzooq Group Tuesday.
The company has appointed Century 21 Bahrain to be the exclusive sales and marketing agents for this residential development. The agreement signed between the companies is worth $20 million.
