Israeli provider of broadband wireless systems Ceragon Networks has signed an OEM agreement with Datang Telecom Technology (Datang), China's leading wireless telecommunications equipment provider.
Under the terms of agreement, Datang will expand its solution portfolio using Ceragon's FibeAir product family to meet the increased wireless transmission requirements for high capacity metropolitan access and cellular backhaul applications.
Ceragon entered the Chinese telecom market in 2001. Since that time, the company has continued to expand it operations throughout the Asia-Pacific region.
Ceragon enables the rapid and cost-effective deployment of high-capacity network connectivity. Ceragon's FibeAir product family was uniquely designed for cellular operators, enterprises and communications service providers to progressively build networks to meet the growing demand for value-added broadband services. — (menareport.com)
