ClickSoftware Technologies, a provider of service chain optimization software, has signed an agreement with Hewlett-Packard Corporation that is expected to provide ClickSoftware's service optimization solutions to several thousand Hewlett-Packard field resources. The company expects to recognize license revenues from its Hewlett-Packard deal in the second and third quarters of 2003.
