ClickSoftware Technologies’ shareholders authorized the engagement of Brightman Almagor & Co, a member of Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu, as independent accountants for the Company. As ClickSoftware previously announced, the company will restate its financial statements for 2000 and 2001 and the first six months of 2002.
Now that Brightman Almagor has been engaged under Israeli law as the Company's new independent accountants, the Company intends to make an intensive effort to cause the completion of the re-audit of the restated financial information for 2000 and 2001, the review of interim financial statements for 2002 and the filing of all necessary documents as soon as practicable.
