Comtrust achieves ISO certification

Comtrust, the e-solutions business unit of Etisalat, has been awarded ISO 9001:2000 certification. The achievement is recognized by Det Norske Veritas (DNV), a global provider of value added management system certification services. 

 

Comtrust announcement is just the first phase of Etisalat's long-term corporate ISO certification program, which will see the Corporation's departments and business units certified.  

 

Comtrust, the e-solutions business unit of the Emirates Telecommunications Corporation (Etisalat) the national telecom of the United Arab Emirates (UAE), was launched in 2000 to bridge the gap in the market for a secure e-business solutions provider. Recognizing the potential and global implications of e-business, Comtrust has invested in infrastructure and a highly skilled technological and managerial taskforce.
