Wafi Group, the name behind Dubai’s Wafi City, has chosen the e-business solutions unit of Etisalat, Comtrust, to host its e-infrastructure, which will drive the group’s latest project management innovation being used to help facilitate the newest Wafi City developments.
Comtrust, as Wafi Group’s hosting partner, will provide the hosting environment and Internet connectivity necessary for the Group to communicate and share information, critical to the Group’s projects, with its global network of architects and consultants.
“Comtrust’s job is to ensure the engine room running Wafi Group’s ‘virtual forum’ is functioning as required,” said Ahmad Abdulkarim Julfar, Comtrust’s General Manager. “The unit will monitor and maintain the FTTP server and other associated e-infrastructure upon which Wafi Group’s solution is built.”(menareport.com)
