Crown Prince of Bahrain lays the foundation stone for $110 million Tala Island Project

The Crown Prince and Commander-in-Chief of the Bahrain Defence Force Shaikh Salman Bin Hamad Al-Khalifa laid the foundation stone on April 19 for Tala Island, valued at $110 million, in a joint ceremony with Al-Marsa, marking the launch of the two projects, both of which are key components of Amwaj Islands in the northern tip of Muharraq. 

 

Tala Island is expected to comprise nearly 48 luxurious beachfront villas, 42 two-story mid-size villas, 48 spacious apartments that include 12 penthouses as well as 31 blocks consisting of 365 apartments. In addition, there are nearly 148 simply designed apartments that offer a good view of the lagoon and the sea beyond. Prices range from 250,000 Bahraini dinars ($662,593) for a beachfront villa and BD 38,000 for a typical apartment. — (menareport.com)
