Jordan's second Crowne Plaza hotel will be introduced later this month, with the re-branding of the Amra Forum Hotel in Amman following a multi-million dollar renovation program. The Amra becomes the 12th Crowne Plaza property in the Middle East and Africa.

Established in 1984 as the Amra Forum, the hotel has undergone a four-year, multi-million dollar investment. The hotel is situated opposite the business, shopping and dining district of Suweifiyeh, and the main Desert Highway leading to the major tourist sites of Jordan and the Syrian border.

The growing Crowne Plaza portfolio in the Middle East and Africa also includes the recently opened Crowne Plaza Beirut, as well as hotels in Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Kuwait, Muscat, Jeddah, Sharm El Sheikh, Casablanca, Harare and Johannesburg. — (menareport.com)
