dmg Index Exhibitions, organizers of the Big 5, the Middle East's annual trade show for the contracting industry, has signed an agreement for the official endorsement of the Crowne Plaza Hotel, Dubai, naming as the event's official hotel.
“Our close proximity to DIEC has seen the Crowne Plaza host many of the show's exhibitors and visitors during that time and we see it as a natural progression to become involved with the Big 5 in an official capacity,” said Walter Hall, Resident Manager, Crowne Plaza Hotel, Dubai.
The show is set for its biggest ever showing, when it takes place from October 26-30 at the Dubai International Exhibition Center (DIEC), occupying seven halls. “This year's edition of the Big 5 will feature 22 national pavilions—three more than in 2001—and for the first time will have Portuguese, Cypriot and Maltese pavilions and exhibitors from Japan, Latvia, Poland and the Ukraine,” said Bob Hughes, Big 5 project manager, dmg Index Exhibitions. — (menareport.com)
