The value of land transactions posted on 23-04-2005 in Dubai reached a total of Dhs 47 million, according to the daily report issued by the Land Department.
There were 17 transactions, the most valuable of which was the Dhs 7.622482 million paid for a 544463 sq feet area in Al Aweer Second.An amount of Dhs 6.45 million, for a 15000 sq feet area of land in Al Nahda Second, was the second most valuable, followed by the Dhs 5.5 million paid for a 16500 sq feet area in the Mardaf district.
