Damac announces launch of its first project in Dubailand

Damac Properties has announced the launch of its first project in Dubailand called -The Cyclades. The project comprises seven office buildings - Andros, Amorgos, Ios, Milos, Naxos, Paros and Santorini, of which the last two are now being launched.

 

”The Cyclades is a commercial property with Greek style architecture at Arjan, the master planned development within Dubailand,” said Damac Properties CEO Peter Riddoch. “Brilliant white architectures with the great blue sky as backdrop, best describe The Cyclades at Arjan.”

 

Dubailand is an entertainment and leisure development that represents an integral part of Dubai’s bold vision to become the world's top tourism destination.

 

Arjan is a development within Dubailand and has been master planned to suit the busy lifestyle of fast-paced professionals. Located in the heart of Emirates Road - the business and commercial centre of Dubai, it is also close to the Arabian Ranches and Dubai Sports City.

 

The Cyclades are a Greek island group in the Aegean Sea, south-east of the mainland of Greece; and an administrative region of Greece. They are one of the island groups which constitute the Aegean archipelago.

 

The name refers to the islands around the sacred island of Delos. The Cyclades comprise about 220 islands, the major ones being Amorgos, Anafi, Ándros, Antiparos, Delos, Ios, Kéa, Kimolos, Kythnos, Mílos, Mykonos, Náxos, Páros, Folegandros, Serifos, Sifnos, Sikinos, Síros, Tínos, and Santorini (Thira).

 

Designed in Greek style architecture, The Cyclades is a cluster of 7 office buildings of which 5 buildings rise upto six storey and the other are four-storey buildings.
