DAMAC Group, a United Arab Emirates (UAE)-based business house, has unveiled its latest project—the Marina Terrace. Spreading over 500,000 square foot, the new luxurious residential tower is located in Dubai Marina.
The Marina Terrace is designed by consultants NORR Group. The firm has been involved in various other projects in the UAE, including the Emirates Towers and the creek-side National Bank of Dubai headquarters.
Every apartment in the tower—one, two and three-bedroom—has the view of the marina. Marina Terrace’s modern amenities include temperature controlled swimming pool, a health club, large steam and sauna room, jacuzzi, tennis court, gymnasium and barbeque area. The residential tower also has an exclusive waterfront piazza on the ground floor with a shopping boulevard and themed restaurants.
Other services include, round-the-clock security, professional housekeeping, day care center, special boat shuttle on the marina, valet parking, individual post boxes for the residents and multi-level covered parking garage.
Under the chairmanship of Hussain Sajwani, the DAMAC Group, formed in 1982, has grown from a local catering company to a global conglomerate, employing 4,000 workers and operating in 12 countries. DAMAC have diversified into real estate, hospitality, industrial projects, investments, logistics and commercial trading.
Today, it's various companies include Damac Invest Co. LLC, Damac Catering, AI Anwar Ceramics Tiles Co. SAOG, the chain of Automatic Restaurants and the Pizza Inn Restaurants (licensees).
