Damac Properties unveils Dh280 million project at Jumeirah Village

The development of a new, Dh280 million Mediterranean- style development with Arabic theme architecture was recently announced by Damac Properties in Jumeirah Village South.

 

Tuscan Residence comes at the heels of the success of Damac's first project that was recently unveiled, Emirates Gardens, within the master planned development, according to Khaleej Times.

 

The development will consist of three buildings: The Siena, Florence and Arezzo five storey towers, offering studio, one and two bedroom apartments. Luxury amenities include a state-of-the-art health club and swimming pool, ample parking space, a retail areas and restaurants at the complex’s ground level. Retail prices at the development start at Dh820 per square feet.

 

"Jumeirah Village South is a highly attractive location due to its prime location and close proximity to Dubai Media City, Dubai Internet City and the Jebel Ali Freezone,” said Peter Riddoch, CEO, Damac Properties. 

 

“The project will be extremely attractive to people from a number of nationalities around the world due to its potential for generating substantial returns on investment and rental returns along with its unique Mediterranean architecture.
