The Department of Civil Defense signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) Sunday, June 29, 2003 with the Dubai eGovernment to implement change management program within the department. The Civil Defense Department also re-launched its portal, which has been fully integrated with the Dubai eGovernment portal.
“Change Management is a result-oriented process for organizations seeking to boost efficiency and performance in measurable terms. Business Process Reengineering (BPR), an effective tool in modern managements, forms a critical component of our strategy to adopt quality management and pursue new benchmarks in managerial processes,” said Colonel Ali Al-Sayed Ibrahim, director of the Department of Civil Defense. — (menareport.com)
