UAE markets were down Monday. Dubai's benchmark index declined marginally by 0.11 per cent to close at 413.01 points. According to Gulf News, Dubai's Financial Market's (DFM) turnover was weak at Dh188.1 million, with Emaar's share price at Dh11.25, while both Tamweel and Amlak fell marginally by 0.34 and 0.16 per cent respectively.
