Dh1.2b deal signed by Bawadi for 1000-room hotel resort

A Dh1.2 billion 'Palaces Hotel and Resort' hotel project was recently unveiled by Galadari Investments LLC as part of Dubai's Dh100 billion Bawadi hospitality and tourism project. The  Palace will house 1000
rooms.


Palaces Hotel and Resort project is the third development agreement
signed by Bawadi in the last month, according to Khaleej Times.


The new hotel development agreement was signed on Monday by Arif
Mubarak, CEO of Bawadi, a member of Tatweer, and Ziad Galadari,
Chairman of Galadari Investments LLC.


"The Palaces Hotel and Resort is inspired by palaces like the Chateaux
de Versailles, Buckingham Palace and the Taj Mahal. The resplendent
architectural masterpiece will provide an authentic royal ambience to
guests who wish to experience a regal lifestyle," sadi Galadari.


The Bawadi project is a 10km thematic boulevard twith 31 hotels
comprising aome 29,200 hotel rooms. It is envisaged as the longest
strip of hotels in the world that is designed to double the number of
hotel rooms in Dubai in eight years to meet the emirate's growing
tourism needs.
