A 21-storey, Dh300 million 014 Tower on the creek side at Business Bay will be built by Creekside Development Company, owned by Al Baraka Islamic Bank.
O14 Tower will feature 21 floors of custom-designed offices, four levels of underground parking, restaurant, recreational and retail outlets, according to Khaleej Times. Its construction is due to be completed at the end of 2008.
"A combination of stunning design and unique construction techniques
guarantees that O14 Tower on the creekside at Business Bay will make a dramatic addition to Dubai's skyline,” explained a company statement.
The tower’s concrete shell will create a lace-like façade for the building.
