A value of Dh51.11 million worth of mortgages was registered on Sunday, according to the Dubai Land Department.
13 mortgages worth Dhs49.93 million were registered, including one valued at the Dh42 million for an area at Port Saeed, reported Gulf News.
Another for Dh1.18 million for an area in Naif was also registered.
