DHL UAE, the Emirates’ air express supplier, has appointed Carl Samuel as station manager of its JAFZA (Jebel Ali Free Zone Area) Express Logistics Center (ELC). Samuel, a graduate of Sri Lanka’s St. Thomas’ College moves into the position after fulfilling the responsibilities of services trainer for the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
