Bank Dhofar has officially launched its new corporate identity. Speaking on the occasion, Chief Executive of Bank Dhofar, Ahmed Ali Al-Shanfari said, “Our new identity, from logo to typography to core message, clearly reflects the values and belief that have laid the foundations for our current success, while noticeably stating that we have big plans for the future”

The bank has made significant investments in banking technology. “We understand the way world banking is shaping up, the new identity reflects where we come from, where we stand today, where we are headed and what you mean to us” added Al-Shanfari.

Bank Dhofar was established in 1990 after it bought out the Muscat branch of the Paris-based Banque Paribas. In 1992, the bank’s assets doubled to reach $250 million. In 1998, the bank sold 40 percent of its shares to the public, and is now listed on the Muscat Securities Market. The bank currently has 41 branches. — (menareport.com)
