Family entertainment channel Disney launched a new corporate identity, overall on air graphics and design package in the Middle East. Developed by Razorfish for Disney Channels worldwide, the new logo is a contemporary combination of two classic Disney icons—the distinct signature of company founder Walt Disney and the identifiable three-circle shape evocative of Mickey Mouse.
"All Disney Channels across the world have integrated this unified logo making it easier for viewers to recognize the broadcast arm of the Walt Disney Company," said Scott Hicks, vice president and managing director of Disney Channel Middle East. "We are very excited by this updated look, which unites top strategic thinking with creative innovation."
Disney Channel Middle East can be seen in 23 territories in the Middle East and North Africa, from Morocco to Oman broadcasting in English and Arabic on Orbit Satellite Television and Radio Network and Showtime. Disney Channel, a division of ABC Cable Networks Group and a subsidiary of The Walt Disney Company, is a general entertainment television network designed for kids and families. — (menareport.com)
