Expatriates and Qataris can now get housing loans from Doha Bank with tenures raging up to 30 years to own properties in Qatar. According to the Peninsula, the new scheme, mainly directed to expatriates, coincides with the government's plans to allow them to own properties on lease in certain projects and localities.
Doha Bank, thus, has beocme the first Qatari bank to come up with such a facility.
