A deal has been signed for a new project on the outskirts of the Qatari capital that will provide a 2.3 million square metre parking area for heavy trucks and trailers, and accommodation for up to 50,000 single men.
According to Khaleej Times, the Gulf Warehousing Company (Makhazin), the Qatar Real Estate Investment Company and Barwa Real Estate Company signed a the deal for QR2.5 billion to build and manage the project.
