Dubai Silicon Oasis (DSO) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Jordan's Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research to provide Jordan's higher educational institutions with the latest software and equipment to design and develop microelectronic devices and circuits.
DSO is the world's premier purpose-built high-technology park for the microelectronics and the semiconductor industry. Investments in the high-tech design and manufacturing industry at the 7.2 million square meter technology park are estimated to exceed US$10 billion over a period of 20 years.
