The value of land transactions registered in Dubai Saturday amounted to a total of Dh211 million, according to the daily report issued by the Land Department.
According to Khaleej Times, there were 23 transactions, the most valuable of which was Dh47 million paid for a 13,175 square feet area in Al Murqabat. An amount of Dh30 million, for a 37,875 square feet area of land in Al Qusais First, was the second largest, followed by Dh25.2 million paid for a 45,856 square feet area in the Al Nahda First district.
