Strengthening its position in the rapidly expanding freehold property market and post the phenomenal success of its earlier landmark developments, The Waterfront and Marinascape, leading real-estate developer, Trident International Holdings (TIH), Tuesday announced the launch of another freehold residential project in Dubai, Bayside Residence, a luxurious residential development in the exclusive Dubai Marina.
Strategically located, adjacent to Marinascape and on the edge of the water, which serves as the nucleus of the Dubai Marina community, Bayside Residence will comprise both condominium and villa complexes.

Re-emphasizing the premium location of this development are the three-storeyed Marina Homes complete with a private lift and sky lawns, Penthouses and Duplex Villas. Bayside Residence would include luxury features such as the ‘Infinity Pool’ and ‘Intelligent Homes - 3G Super Wired Residence’, that were pioneered by Trident in the region in addition to standard ‘Home Theatre’ systems, complete with 42-inch plasma screens in every apartment.
Full-scale construction of Bayside Residence will commence shortly, and the project is scheduled for completion by June 2007.
