Dubai Customs has awarded a cash prize of Dhs. 52,000 to Salwa Mohammed Omar Al Hariri, an employee of Airport Customs Centre, for providing a suggestion that helped the organization generate Dhs. 1 million on an annual recurring basis.
Salwa had presented the suggestion under the Suggestion and Reward Scheme (SRS) of the Ports, Customs & Free Zone Corporation (PCFC) which recognizes ideas that are successfully implemented for better productivity or profitability.
The award was presented to Salwa at ceremony attended by Ahmed Butti Ahmed, Director General of Dubai Customs. She also received an SRS certificate signed by Sultan Ahmed Bin Sulayem, Executive Chairman of PCFC.
