Dubai Festival City, the Middle East’s largest mixed-use real estate project, has appointed an Executive Director to oversee design and construction of the huge, waterfront ‘city-within-a-city’ being built on the banks of Dubai Creek.
New to the post is Bob Burnett who has 30 years global experience on heavy civil engineering and commercial construction projects – six of these years in the Middle East.
At the 1,600 acre Dubai Festival City project site, work is currently well underway on the 18-hole golf course. Model homes on the course will be among the first units built to give potential residents an understanding of the variety and high quality standards on offer.
