Dubai's Village mall will open its doors to the public on Sunday, April 4, 2004. The shopping center is positioning itself as a community niche boutique center and not just another mall.
This center is managed by Better Homes, a leading real estate and property management company. It is located at the heart of Jumeirah Beach Road, an established affluent residential district currently regarded as Dubai's own version of Miami Beach, with a total leasable area of 61,995 square feet.
The Village will house 40 specialty shops offering a wide range of personal and household selections of items and services ranging from a tailor, hairdresser and wellness center to a child care facility and an assortment of dining choices.
With architecture and design by Holford Associates, the community shopping center is predominantly European in theme, with new brands being brought into Dubai. — (menareport.com)
