Dubai’s Gold and Jewelry Group recently organized a three-day customized training workshop for jewelry retailers on retail selling, entrepreneurship and attitudinal orientation. Over 100 retailers attended the training sessions conducted by SMM-ART Consultancy Services, a leading Indian training and consultancy firm.
The training workshops were conducted after an extensive survey among Dubai’s jewelry retailers to ascertain the types of training required to maximize customer service orientation and the selling potential of the retailers. The workshops addressed two separate groups, owners and salespeople through ‘Leadershift’ a leadership training session for owners and ‘Unleash your Potential’, a session on retail selling for salespeople.
