UAE real estate giant Dubai Holding recently announced that it would proceed with plans to invest further in the Turkish real estate market.
Istanbul is currently the biggest entry in the firm's international portfolio, according to DIA.
Dubai Holding has projects in Istanbul worth some total of USD 5 billion.
