Under the supervision of the Emirates Minister of Oil and Mineral Resources, Sheikh Ubeid Bin Sayef Al-Nasery, the Emirate of Dubai plans to host a specialized international exhibition dealing with aluminum this coming February.
The first of its kind in the region, the exhibition aims to promote the relevant factories and projects not only in the UAE, but also throughout the entire region. The fair will be held in an area spreading over 4,000 square meters, of which 60 percent has already been reserved.
The manager of public relations at the Dubai Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Thani Jomaa, has estimated the value of Dubai’s annual exports at 2 billion dirhams, with Japan being the largest worldwide importer of Dubai’s aluminum.
