Jewellery and Gemplex is due for completion and the official handover is slated anytime soon, said officials from Dubai Metals and Commodities Centre (DMCC).
The Jewellery and Gemplex comprises of 6 buildings of 12 floors with a total available space of 6000 square metres for each building. The minimum unit size is 50 square metres and the maximum on any one floor is 500 square metres.
