There were a total of 228 cash sales during the month and these were worth AED 1.44 billions , 147 mortgage transactions worth AED 1.08 billions , and 26 donations of land and property worth AED 152.85 millions.
The 228 transactions registered as sales by Land Department during the month of June were spread across 53 districts in Dubai. The total area sold was 4.40 million sq. ft. There were 146 transactions involving the sale of 2.48 million sq. ft of open spaces for a total of AED 1.90 billions . There were 328 transactions involving the sale of 1.85 million sq. ft of build, or developed, land.
