Dubai: Land deals on June 20

The total value of land transactions in Dubai on June 20 peaked at Dhs153.78 millions of which sales exceeded Dhs115 million. The total value of mortgages during the period was Dhs38.36 million, according to the Land Department.

 

A total of 14 sale transactions were registered with the Department by the end of June 20, the most valuable of which was a plot in Al Nahda Second that was sold for Dhs43.5 million. The next two most prominent sales saw a second plot in Naif acquired for the sum of Dhs20.30375 million and another in Muhaisanah Fourth for Dhs10.1 million.

 

The Emirates Hills First area was the most active in terms of the yesterday's sales, with some 4 transactions. Mirdif followed it with 2 sales.

 

During the day, Al Nahda Second recorded the highest turnover by value, at Dhs43.5 million, followed by the Naif area, Dhs20.3 million, and Muhaisanah Fourth area, Dhs17.9 million.

 

The biggest area sold was the 27703 sq ft in the Um Hurair Second area, which went for Dhs8.31 million. A 20800 sq ft plot in the Muhaisanah Fourth Area was acquired for Dhs7.8 million, while 20800 sq ft of Muhaisanah Fourth was disposed of for Dhs10.1 million.

 

During the period under review 9 mortgages worth Dhs28.23 million were registered, the most significant of which as the Dhs15 million for an area at Al Nahda First. There was another for Dhs10.14 million on an area in Jumeira Third.
