Dubai land deals on Mar. 26

The total value of land transactions in Dubai Sunday peaked at Dhs90.01 millions , of which sales exceeded Dhs71 million. The total value of mortgages during the period was Dhs19.42 million, according to the Land Department.

                                                                       

A total of 9 sale transactions were registered with the Department by the end of yesterday, the most valuable of which was a plot in Al Nahda Second that was sold for Dhs30 million. The next two most prominent sales saw a second plot in Eyal Nasser acquired for the sum of Dhs25 million and another in Al Barsha Third for Dhs3 million.

 

The Al Barsha Third area was the most active in terms of the yesterday sales, with some 3 transactions. Eyal Nasser followed it with 2 sales.

 

During  the period, Al Nahda Second recorded the highest turnover by value, at Dhs30 million, followed by the Eyal Nasser area, Dhs25.28 million, and Al Barsha Third area, Dhs9 million.

 

The biggest area sold was the 50000 sq ft in the Al Nahda Second area, which went for Dhs30 million. A 19990 sq ft plot in the Al Mezhar Second Area was acquired for Dhs2.17 million, while 15000 sq ft of Al Barsha Third was disposed of for Dhs3 million.

 

During the period under review 4 mortgages worth Dhs18.82 million were registered, the most significant of which as the Dhs17.1 million for an area at Eyal Nasser. There was another for Dhs.67 million on an area in Al Barsha Second.
