Dubai: Land deals on Mar. 27

The total value of land transactions in Dubai Monday peaked at Dhs54.40 millions , of which sales exceeded Dhs52 million. The total value of mortgages during the period was Dhs2.2 million, according to the Land Department.

 

A total of 10 sale transactions were registered with the Department by the end of Monday, the most valuable of which was a plot in Al Qusais Second that was sold for Dhs23.52 million. The next two most prominent sales saw a second plot in Naif acquired for the sum of Dhs10.5 million and another in Mirdif for Dhs5.8 million

 

The Naif area was the most active in terms of the yesterday sales, with some 3 transactions. Al Qusais Second followed it with 1 sale.

 

During  the period, Al Qusais Second recorded the highest turnover by value, at Dhs23.52 million, followed by the Naif area, Dhs12.88 million, and Mirdif area, Dhs5.8 million.

 

The biggest area sold was the 39200 sq ft in the Al Qusais Second area, which went for Dhs23.52 million. A 19575 sq ft plot in the Al Rashidiya Area was acquired for Dhs4.5 million, while 10125 sq ft of Mirdif was disposed of for Dhs5.8 million.

 

During the period under review 1 mortgages worth Dhs.5 million were registered, the most significant of which as the Dhs1.7 million for an area at Al Hamriya. There was another for Dhs.5 million on an area in Al Mezhar First.
