The total value of Dubai land transactions hit Dh643.10 million last week, according to Gulf News. Of this amount, sales exceeded Dh278 million, according to the Dubai Land Department.
Mortgages totaled Dh365.1 million during the week, while a total of 59 sale transactions were registered, the most valuable of which was a plot in Al Karama, selling for Dh19.8 million.
