The value of land transactions posted on 27-09-2005 in Dubai reached a total of Dhs 142.64 million, according to the daily report issued by the Land Department.
There were 11 deals, the most valuable of which was the Dhs 40 million paid for a 25000 sq feet area in Hor Al Anz East.An amount of Dhs 34.1 million, for a 12617 sq feet area of land in Al Suq Al Kabeer, was the second most valuable, followed by the Dhs 33.4 million paid for a 6812 sq feet area in the Al Suq Al Kabeer district.
The single biggest plot sold was 25000 sq feet at Hor Al Anz East for the sum of Dhs 40 million. The second biggest was the 15750 sq feet area in Al Barsha Second that sold for Dhs 2.52 million.
During the period under review 2 mortgages worth Dhs4 million were registered, the most significant of which as the Dhs 3 million for a land at Al manarah. There was another for Dhs1 million on a land in almezher first.
