The value of land transactions registered on April 4, 2005 in Dubai reached a total of Dhs 28 million, according to the daily report issued by the Land Department.
There were 12 transactions, the most valuable of which was the Dhs 7.101321 million paid for a 15936 sq feet area in Al Barsha First. An amount of Dhs 5 million, for a 6583 sq feet area of land in Al Murqabat, was the second most valuable, followed by the Dhs 2.7 million paid for a 15000 sq feet area in the Mardaf district.
The single biggest plot sold was 16260 sq feet at Al Baraha for the sum of Dhs 2.6016 million. The second biggest was the 15936 sq feet area in Al Barsha First that sold for Dhs 7.101321 million.
