Dubai Outlet Mall (DOM), the cornerstone of Dubai Outlet City (DOC), a major project at Dubailand, is now under construction.
Developed by Al Ahli Group, Dubai Outlet Mall at DOC will be the first shopping mall for factory outlets in the region – and the project will be showcased at Cityscape, the leading property investment and development exhibition.
With the site grading and earthworks now complete on the entire 10 million- square-foot site of the mall, the focus is now on the leasing of the first phase of DOM, which has a Gross Leasable Area (GLA) of one million square feet. The mall will include parking for 9,000 vehicles, and spectacular landscaping.
The first phase of the development will be dedicated to new and the most reputable outlets and developers in the Middle East, Europe and North America. Asteco and Savills are DOM’s leasing and management representatives.
