Dubai real estate deals on May 13

The total value of land transactions in Dubai May 13 peaked at Dhs184.05 millions , of which sales exceeded Dhs37 million. The total value of mortgages during the period was Dhs147 million, according to the Land Department.

 

A total of 6 sale transactions were registered with the Department by the end of yesterday, the most valuable of which was a plot in Mirdif that was sold for Dhs12.5 million. The next two most prominent sales saw a second plot in Al Barsha First acquired for the sum of Dhs12.1975 million and another in Mirdif for Dhs3.9 million.

 

The Mirdif area was the most active in terms of the May 13's sales, with some 2 transactions. Al Barsha First followed it with one deal.

 

During  the period, Mirdif recorded the highest turnover by value, at Dhs16.4 million, followed by the Al Barsha First area, Dhs12.2 million, and Al Wasl area, Dhs3.75 million.

 

The biggest area sold was the 159462.6 sq ft in the Al Ruwayyah area, which went for Dhs3.51 million. A 20000 sq ft plot in the Mirdif Area was acquired for Dhs12.5 million, while 15000 sq ft of Al Wasl was disposed of for Dhs3.75 million.

 

During the period under review 4 mortgages worth Dhs147 million were registered, the most significant of which as the Dhs100 million for an area at Al Barsha First. There was another for Dhs25 million on an area in Emirates Hills Second.
