The total value of real estate transactions, including sales and mortgages, which were carried out in the emirate of Dubai amounted to US$607 million last month, up from US$367 million in the same period of 2004, according to figures provided by Dubai Land Department.
The department registered real estate sales worth US$451 million in the said period, up from nearly $246 million in the same month of 2004.
