Ducab wins $3 million Delhi Metro contract

The Dubai Cable Company (Ducab) and Dubai-based Emirates Trading Agency (ETA) have signed a three million dollar agreement for the delivery of fire performance cables for the Delhi Metro Corridor MC 1A project, India. 

 

On completion of the project the Delhi Metro will cover 31 kilometers underground rail, 64 kilometers of elevated rail and 104 kilometers of surface rail. The first phase of the project is scheduled for completion by March 2008.  

 

Established in 1979, Ducab is equally owned by the Government of Dubai and Government of Abu Dhabi. Its product range covers low voltage power cables, control and auxiliary cables, wiring and lead-sheathed cables to Ducab Smokemaster low smoke and fume cables. — (menareport.com)
