Mr. David Rodgers, General Manager of Dunkin Donuts said: “The internationally renowned restaurant chain is opening more than 15 new outlets before the end of 2007 in order to increase its retail network and brand visibility. We have seen the growth path the region has launched itself into and we would like to participate and support in the region’s development.”
According to the IMF, the UAE alone is expected to register 11.5 per cent growth this year. With oil prices expected to stay around US$60 a barrel, revenues are estimated to continue flowing at a very healthy level providing huge liquidity in the country and the whole region.

Not the one to sit on its laurels, Dunkin’ Donuts has now launched a region-wide expansion programme that will see a total of 15 new outlets within a year. This will make the total number of Dunkin’ Donuts outlets to 50 in the UAE so far.
The planned regional foray will strategically prepare Dunkin' Donuts for the next stage of aggressive growth in the coming years. These new outlets will offer a product range that includes 52 varieties of donuts and more than a dozen coffee beverages as well as an array of other baked goods.
