Israel’s ECI Telecom and NexVerse Networks have completed the merger of ECI's NGTS subsidiary with NexVerse to create a global telephony solutions provider, Veraz Networks Veraz enables carriers to design and deploy complete network solutions tailored to meet their business objectives.
Additionally, Veraz has completed the planned $30 million in total investments from leading investors. The new funding complements the ongoing revenue stream generated by current digital compression and next-generation products, and will be used for global market expansion and further development of the company's next-generation products and solutions.
