The automotive market in Egypt registered the sale of 22,905 vehicles during September, Hapi Journal reported on October 31st.
The volume came 11.25% Year on Year (YoY) higher than 20,589 sold cars, the news portal cited Automotive Manufacturing Information Council’s (AMIC) report.
September’s div was also 25% Month on Month higher, compared with 18,262 vehicles.
Passenger cars and trucks reported a growth in sales by 24% to 17,510 items and 9.6% to 3,348 units during September, AMIC indicated.
Bus sales were unlike the other vehicles, posting an annual decline of 34.1% to 2,506 sold vehicles.
